Built in the early 1920's by the personal royal architect of King Farouk; Eng. Mustafa Pacha Fahmy. This building has stood there; accommodating royalty and majesty. Having one of the only 2 staircases sent directly from Paris, France. The other which is currently in the Montaza Palace.
